To start earning points, all you need is a member account. Set up a secure password, log in, and you’re ready to go!

 

2. How to Earn Points 

Points stack up when you do all the things that make you a Bowls of Goodness superstar:

• Order your Bowls of Goodness: Every £1 you spend = 5 points

• Follow me on Instagram, Facebook (or both!) = 150 points

• Leave a Google review = 200 points

• Bonus! Add a photo to your review = 50 extra points (may take up to 2 working days to appear)

Quick note: Purchases of gift cards, or using gift cards, don’t earn points.

 

3. Turning Points into Perks 

Your points automatically turn into discounts to spend online:

• 500 points = £5 off

• 1000 points = £10 off

• 1500 points = £15 off

Once you hit a points threshold, a discount voucher will appear in your account — ready for you to use on your next order.

 

The rules to know:

• Minimum points to redeem: 500

• Maximum discount per order: £15

• Any leftover points stay safe in your account to use later

• Points can’t be combined with other offers

 

4. Using Your Points 

• Always sign in before ordering so you can see your points balance and use your discounts.

• Not signed in? You won’t see your balance or be able to redeem points at checkout.

• Discounts can’t be applied after an order is placed — so make sure to use them before you hit ‘buy’.

 

5. Points Expiry 

Points are valid for 6 months. After that, any unspent points will reset to zero — so don’t let them go to waste!
