What started as a humble pop-up and is now a much-loved fixture of London’s dining scene, Bubala (which means ‘darling’ in Yiddish) is one of my favourite London restaurants.
Each dish is full of bold textures and flavours that linger long after the last bite. (I honestly daydream about their unbelievably delicious oyster mushroom skewers). No processed substitutes here – just the best seasonal ingredients, cooked with flair and served with love.
