Healthy me-time
Morning walks, sleeping well and mediations to calm the mind help get me through the day. Here're some me-time ideas for you too.
Nurture Retreat

Earlier this year I joined Karen and Kat's retreat in the beautiful Surrey Hills. What a wonderful day it was. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and inspired.
In October I'll be joining their retreat again. This time as your retreat chef. I'm making a nourishing two-course lunch full of seasonal yumminess.
Here's more info on the retreat. It's bound to be a perfect me-time day.

Karen Bradley Wellbeing

I met Karen at a local ladies networking group a while ago. She's a wellbeing guide and a kind, gentle soul.
Her Insta profile is one of my favourites. She regularly adds short meditations and breath work to her posts. So many times they're just what I needed to see on a particular day. And I use them again and again when I need to relax and refocus.
Karen is an offers EFT tapping, intuitive massage and wellbeing hours tailored to you. You'll find all the info on her site. I can recommend signing up to her newsletter too - it always has encouraging guidance too.

Insight Timer mediations

Insight Timer is the world's largest library of free guided mediations. It's my favourite mindfulness app! And I've tried a few (some of them the well-known brands too).
The free version gives you access to over 150,00 guided mediations, live yoga, breathwork and mindfulness exercises, bedtime stories, guided visualisations and soothing music tracks.
With the paid version you have access to premium meditations, inspirational talks, courses, and you can listen offline. There is so much available on the free version I've never considered the paid version.
Jason McGrice is my favourite teacher on the app. I love his guided morning ritual mediation to help me set my daily intentions and start each day with a deep sense of gratitude.
Another favourite is Jonathan Lehmann's morning meditation to help you 'switch on the happiness button in your brain and have a magical day.'
Insight Timer is available for free on iOS and Android
